Please find attached information on a unique summer course in Ireland called “Global Ecologies Studio”. This 6 credit course ( 3 Studio, 3 Science ) is being offered at the Burren College of Art in Western Ireland. It is a joint project of the Partners in Academic Leadership in Sustainability ( PALS). This course is being specifically offered to students from AICAD Art and Design schools who are engaged with issues of the environment and social justice. It will be an intensive 4 week experience where students will be immersed in an exploration of their studio practice while examining varying concepts found in ecology and earth systems.
